This policy explains how ModsAreFun handles information in connection with Mods Are Fun at app.modsarefun.com and its publishing workspace at postiz.modsarefun.com.

Information processed

• Account details you provide, such as your email address, name, authentication information, and workspace preferences.
• Connected-platform data permitted by your authorization, such as profile identifiers, display names, authorization tokens, and publishing results. Additional platform data is accessed only through the permissions granted to the service.
• Uploaded media, captions, drafts, schedules, destination accounts, and publishing settings.
• Technical and operational records such as IP addresses, browser details, request logs, and error information.
• Information you send when requesting access or support.

Why we process information

We use information to provide accounts, maintain platform connections, store content, carry out your publishing instructions, provide support, investigate failures, and protect the service against abuse. We also process information where necessary to comply with applicable legal obligations.

Social account authorization

Authorization takes place with the connected platform. Tokens allow the workspace to act within the permissions you grant. Do not send us your social-platform password. You can revoke authorization through the platform’s settings.

Storage, public media, and service providers

The service runs on rented server infrastructure. Uploaded media is stored in Cloudflare R2 and may be served through public URLs. Anyone with an object’s URL may be able to download it before or after publication. Public links are not a confidential storage mechanism.

Hosting, storage, infrastructure, and communication providers process information as needed to operate the service. When you request a post, the relevant social platform receives the media and information required to process that request. Its own privacy policy governs its subsequent use of that information.

Information may be processed outside your state or country. We may disclose information where legally required or necessary to address fraud, security incidents, or threats to legal rights.

Cookies and optional services

The workspace uses cookies or similar mechanisms for sign-in and essential functionality. We have not enabled optional analytics or AI services in this deployment. This public page includes no analytics script, advertising pixel, or tracking form.

This page loads Bootstrap styling from jsDelivr. Your browser sends standard connection information, including its IP address, to that provider when retrieving the stylesheet.

Retention

No fixed automatic deletion schedule is currently configured for media, logs, or backups. Posting content does not automatically remove its source file. Data may remain stored until it is manually removed.

We assess retention and deletion requests according to operational needs and applicable law. Information that must be retained for legal, security, or dispute-resolution purposes may be kept longer. Backup copies, where present, may remain until they are separately removed or replaced.

Access, correction, and deletion

Email [email protected] to request access, correction, or deletion. Identify the workspace account and the information concerned, but do not send passwords or tokens. We may request information to verify your authority before acting.

Rights vary by jurisdiction and may include access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or a complaint to a relevant authority. We respond as required by applicable law. If additional California privacy rights apply to our processing, you may exercise them through the same contact address.

Disconnecting a channel does not automatically erase stored data. Removing a source file does not remove content already published to a platform. Public caches or copies held by others may persist after the original is deleted.

Security and age requirements

We use safeguards intended to protect the service, but no transmission or storage system can be guaranteed secure. The service is intended for adults. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information.

These terms govern Mods Are Fun, operated by ModsAreFun in California, United States. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility and account responsibilities

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. You may connect only accounts you own or are authorized to manage, and you must satisfy the connected platform’s eligibility requirements. Keep credentials secure and report suspected unauthorized access.

Service and fees

Mods Are Fun provides a workspace for preparing, storing, scheduling, and submitting social-media content through supported integrations. Creator access is currently free. Any future paid offering will have its pricing and applicable terms disclosed before you agree to it. Third parties may impose their own charges or limits.

Publishing instructions

You authorize us to process content and perform the actions you submit, including future scheduled actions. Before submitting, check the account, media, caption, timing, audience, interactions, and disclosures. Some publishing modes require additional action in the destination app.

You remain responsible for complying with platform requirements, including music licensing, branded-content disclosures, and any required AI-content labels. Platform-specific consent must be completed in the publishing flow where required.

Content ownership and permission

You retain your rights in your content. You grant ModsAreFun permission to host, copy, process, and transmit that content as needed to provide the service and carry out your instructions. You must have the rights needed for the media, music, captions, likenesses, and other material you submit.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unlawful content, infringement, impersonation, spam, harassment, unauthorized account access, or attempts to evade platform restrictions. Do not interfere with the service or access other users’ information without authorization.

Third-party platforms and availability

Mods Are Fun is independently operated and is not endorsed by TikTok, Meta, Google, or other connected platforms. Their terms and policies apply to your use of their services.

Platforms may reject posts, limit access, revoke permissions, or change their APIs. We do not guarantee publication, exact timing, reach, engagement, or uninterrupted operation. Keep your own copies of important content.

Suspension, termination, and deletion

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risks, legal obligations, or violations of these terms. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at [email protected].

Cancel outstanding schedules and revoke platform access if you no longer want publishing activity. Ending access does not automatically remove posts already published on third-party platforms. Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers and applicable rights

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty, remedy, liability, or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

California law governs these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law, without displacing mandatory protections that apply where you live.
